Most prominent among these are: A- The UNESCO’s HELP proposal: The NBS has submitted a Nile Basin Hydrology for the Environment, Life and Policy (HELP) proposal. Thanks are due to Nabil El-Khodari, Elizabeth Wickett and Steve Brichieri-Colombi. The proposal is open to the NBI, all Nile Basin government bodies, academic institutions, NGOs and media.
